If you had to pick only two dramas to watch on television, you could do much worse than to choose AMC’s Mad Men and Breaking Bad.

I don't know how you could hold a roundtable about the best shows of 2010 without including Breaking Bad because it wouldn't be much of a stretch to call its third season the best season of any show ever. The funny thing is, I said that exact same thing after the second season. The third season was so spectacular that it knocked its predecessor from the top spot.

It's hard to believe this is the same actor who appears in Malcolm in the Middle and Breaking Bad.

This has arguably been one of the greatest single television seasons of all time, partly due to a series of noteworthy lines punctuating the season that are so shocking, so amazing, or so revealing that it merits taking a look back at the very best ones.

I'm making a slight exaggeration of reality in asking if AMC and Starz are the hottest networks on television, but there's a point to be made and I think if you take a closer look you'll see that the question is indeed a legitimate one.
